 Calling all Volunteers!!! The 30th Annual HIA-LI Trade Show on Thursday, May 31, 2018 is quickly approaching! A lot goes into organizing the largest B2B Trade Show on Long Island and the Trade Show Committee is looking for volunteers to help with set up the day before as well as support during the event. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can donate at least 2 hours of time to help with activities that include: Working with exhibitors to set up their booths Help arriving attendees register/pick up their name badges Assist with closing and cleanup Additional key efforts Floaters – to assist wherever we need them at that time Volunteers will have a “behind the scenes” opportunity to connect with exhibitors during Wednesday’s set-up as well as being a “go-to” resource for questions from exhibitors and attendees on Thursday.
